Roller Sublimation Heat Press Transfer Printing Machine

Also known as dye-sublimation thermal transfer, any image using sublimation ink printed on plain paper or high-precision printing paper, and then through the corresponding heat transfer equipment thermal heating in minutes to a certain temperature, use the process of a special paper, vivid color image is transferred onto package cloth, clothing, cut pieces of fabric, iron, mouse pads, etc.

>Worktable can switch between manual and automatic operation;

>Automatic feeding material, easy operation, fast printing;

>Heating roller adopt aluminum alloy and heat pipes casting, heating device heating speed

>Fast, 30 minutes of up to 200 ºC, temperature uniformity, continuous transfer without off color.








Operation method:

1.Turn on the juice and temperature to the required time requirements.

2.The temperature setting, the thermostat adjustment to the required temperature (usually 100-250 ºC).

3.The speed setting, the frequency adjustment to the required speed.

4.The pressure setting, the pressure gauge calibration to the required weight.

5.When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the feeding trial for iron products, slowly adjust the frequency converter, for transfer printing quality approval.

Note:The machine must have a suitable firm on the ground protection.
