Remedy: First, remove the adhesive from the back-adhesive pan, remove the back-adhesive wheel and the shaft, clean the foreign matter on the sleeve, and add a small amount of high-temperature resistant butter after clearing the oil. Then, polish the shaft, replace the damaged seals on both sides, and install a proper amount of lubricant. (2) Glueless books and magazines have no side glue, causing the cover to fail.
Failure analysis: Binder side rubber wheel falls into the plastic pot during operation, causing some rubber-bound books without side glue.

Remedy: Observe the positioning axis of the side rubber wheel carefully. There is a mark pressed by the top wire at the location. Measure the thickness of the side rubber wheel and the length of the positioning plate to the top wire and increase the length by 0.2 mm. Leave it as the side rubber wheel. Run the gap. Use a 2mmX5mm platform on the top silk imprinting station. After the original positioning shaft and side rubber wheel are installed in the station, tighten the fixing screws. Because the short axis has a step, it not only restricts the rotation of the positioning axis, but also the positioning axis cannot move up and down. After this processing and positioning, the problem of no side glue is solved, and the side rubber wheel rarely falls.

Through the exchange of the two disc packs of the local computer memory, the inspection and analysis of the photoelectric switch, proximity switch, and the working condition of the valve, it is considered that the simplest method is to increase the force of the sealing wheel and make the cover convey. Remedy: Through two contrast adjustments, the possibility of electrical failure is ruled out. Remedy: Remove the set screw first, then remove the lock mother on the big rubber wheel, remove the retainer, remove the 103 bearing, remove the aging hot melt adhesive residue, replace the bearing under the high temperature seal ring, manual test run Afterwards, reload the original station.

Fault 3: BBY40/5 disc packer

Fault analysis: mainly the loosening of the locating ring on the adjusting screw of the rubber wheel frame of the upper primer device, the chain is driven downwards after the machine runs, causing the height of the bottom rubber wheel to drop, which is inconsistent with the height of the second falling platform, and the first The rubber wheels on the bottom cannot open the book block, causing the glue to be impractical.


Remedy: Loosen the two hexagon socket screws of the U-shaped plate, loosen the adjusting screw, and fix the retaining ring on the adjusting screw according to the thickness of the U-shaped plate. Finally adjust the first rubber on the bottom to 8.5mm from the bottom of the book holder, which is the same as the height of the second book landing platform.
