Recycling of packaging

The recovery and reuse of packaging are related to the living environment of human beings. Therefore, it is necessary to consider how to recycle and reuse the dairy product packaging while it is being produced and consumed.

About 75% of the ingredients in the dairy package are fibers, so in developed countries, 98% of dairy or beverage boxes are recycled by paper mills for remanufacturing pulp. This recycled pulp can be used to produce a variety of paper products, such as paper bags, cartons, egg packaging, and even product samples.

For papermaking residues (PE or aluminum-plastic mixture), further processing is required. One way is to generate energy from incinerators, industrial boilers, and cement kilns; or to make barrel containers, outdoor furniture, and roofing materials. The burial method is already an undesirable solution. In China, the die-cutting waste in the printing factory has been recycled, but the problem of packaging recycling after consumption has yet to be resolved.
