Application Material
Regular Paper, Kraft Paper, Non-woven Cloth, Film, Bond Paper, Aluminum Foil
Main
Equipped with Siemens PLC and Highten touch screen, all the parameter are displayed on the monitor. You only need to setup the material roll
diameter and thickness, the PLC will give a proper parameters for machine running automatically.
Equipped with Fukuta double frequency inverter motor, one(5kw) for material feeding, another(7.5kw) for tension control. All transmission rollers
have been dynamic/static balance treated. Equipped with emergency switch.
Unwinding Section
3"air expanding shaft. Equipped with automatic lift-up loading System for heavy material roll loading. Equipped with edge position control(EPC)
to provide accurate slitting position.
Equipped with 40Kgfm electromagnetic clutch x2 which is drove by a separate inverter motor, and 40Kgfm automatic braking device x 1 to
material feeding tension control.
Unwinding Tension Control
Equipped with automatic tension controller(diameter-calculating type) to provide stable tension.
Slitting Section
Equipped with two kinds of blades: Razor type blade and disc type blade.
Equipped with automatic meter counter which will stop the machine when reach the pre-set length.
Rewinding Section
3"air expanding rewinding shafts is a standard configuration, we can also supply as request.
Rewinding Tension Control
Equipped with two sets of automatic tension controller(diameter-calculating type) to provide stable tension.
Trimmed Waste
Equipped with airblower and expulsion tube.

Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit , then 70% balance is paid before shipment , we usually offer fob ningbo price .but we also accept other
way like L/C , wetern union ,and do CFR&CIF etc.

First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man ,what you do is just learn some basic thing like loading the jumbo roll paper,start
the machine and cutting the paper.And we will sent you manual and video ,we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by
yourself , and if there is something goes wrong , you can call us ,video-chat ,email us .And we will give solutions within 36 hrs .Our engineer also
can be distributed to overseas as you required.
Q4. If the machine's spare parts broken ,where can i get ?
We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable , and some critical parts like gear box , our quality is good ,in case it broken within one year
