When implementing an electric blast drying oven, several environmental conditions should be considered. The temperature should be between 15°C and 35°C, with relative humidity not exceeding 85% RH. Atmospheric pressure should range from 86 kPa to 106 kPa. The area should avoid direct sunlight or heat sources, and there should be no strong airflow or electromagnetic interference. The environment should also be free from dust and corrosive substances. Cooling water temperature should not exceed 30°C, with a pressure of 0.1–0.3 MPa. Humidifying water should have a resistivity of at least 500 Ω·m, and the power supply should be stable, typically 220±22V or 380±38V at 50±0.5Hz.
Regarding load requirements, the oven can handle electrical, electronic, or other components, except for salt spray tests. The total load weight should be between 50–80 kg/m³, and the total volume of the load should not exceed one-fifth of the chamber's capacity. The main duct area should not block more than one-third of the cross-sectional area. For salt spray testing, the sample size is usually 50×100×(1–2) mm, made of metal, with 160 samples per square meter of the chamber area.
