Chinese wardrobe network — The house isn’t too big, just 120 square meters, and the family isn’t large either — three generations living together, making five people in total. With so many generations under one roof, there are plenty of things to store. In our old home, I always wished for a better-organized space, so during the renovation of our new house, I decided to install a few custom cabinets.
These cabinets were made according to the exact dimensions of the rooms, which naturally led to a customized solution. When it comes to the current market, buying materials on my own turned out to be almost as expensive as purchasing ready-made wardrobes, if not more. I went with a swing door design, which makes it easy to separate items — I can hang clothes while also storing other household items.
The third cabinet is a small unit by the window. Due to a beam in the room, that corner was unused. The Stool was too wide, the desk too narrow, so I opted for a two-door cabinet. There's a special compartment for blankets and quilts, keeping them out of the bedroom closet and neatly stored. This little addition has made a big difference in how we organize our space.
