Due to the needs of the market, various machine manufacturers have launched cardboard printers in the form of cards. However, the domestic gradual process is short and there is insufficient understanding of various types of machine performance requirements. Or some small companies lack the necessary technical force to blindly imitate, cause the packaging machinery industry to mix and match, and mud sand. The packaging industry is incapable or unable to make subtle carton boxes.

I have been engaged in the carton packaging industry for more than 40 years, involving more than 30 years of carton printing. Slight understanding of various types of equipment, now put forward some superficial views for peer reference.

The anilox roller is generally not long, φ200 or so, because it is only required to be equal to the speed of the plate roller, so there is no need to increase the same proportion with the plate roller. However, the wall thickness is required to be thicker due to the squeezing of the rubber roller during working, and the longer the length is, the thicker the wall thickness is to ensure its rigidity.

The anilox roll must be statically balanced so that the degree of unbalance is kept as small as possible.

Radial runout must be ≤ 0.05mm to ensure its accuracy.

Network cable: According to domestic product requirements and ink quality, the current line number is 160 to 200 lines. Of course, there are more products that require more, but higher quality inks and papers must be available to achieve higher standards.

Feed roller structure: If it is a single-sheet cardboard printing machine, because of no pressure and friction of the upper board, it can be completely designed to feed into the paper wheel. In this way, the anti-patching method can be used to quickly and easily solve sporadic problems. Product can not be on the film hang the issue.

Middle indirect rollers: Some manufacturers think that the smaller the distance between the middle feed rollers, the higher the printing accuracy. Actually, this is a misunderstanding. The spacing of the indirect paper rollers only determines the minimum size of the product (paperboard printing is in principle vertical feeding so its minimum size can be ignored) and cannot resolve its accuracy. To solve the problem of accuracy In addition to the above five major points, the size of the diameter of the indirect roller is very important.

The bigger the theory, the better. The reason for the overprinting is that the cardboard is flat. If it is an absolutely flat cardboard, it will not shift within the effective range. However, it is difficult for our cardboard to be bent. In this way, when the bent cardboard enters the feed roller when the first color is printed, since the bent cardboard cannot cut into the feed roller from the tangential direction and enter the feed roller, the smaller the feed roller is, the greater the impact force is. The possibility of displacement caused by the impact is the greatest, so the theory that the larger the pick roller is the better. However, if the take-up roller is too large, the machine will have to be bulky and cause an adverse effect. Therefore, the manufacturer should appropriately enlarge the take-up roller according to the actual situation.

Adjustment of the plate roller: The adjustment of the plate roller is circumferential and axial. There are two manual and electric adjustments in the circumferential direction, the manual structure is simpler, the cost is slightly lower but the adjustment is troublesome, the electric adjustment is convenient, and the size can be adjusted at any time during work. Although slightly more expensive, it should be the preferred product. Axial adjustment should be essential, if the lack of axial adjustment overprint is extremely difficult to adjust. The machine is not perfect.

Anilox roller up and down: The anilox roller lifts up and rotates at a low speed during idle operation and stoppage, and it runs synchronously with the roller speed during operation. If the machine is stopped, the anilox roller will not lift and it will scratch the printer. The ink will flow down. If the anilox roller is not running at low speed during shutdown, the ink will dry on the surface of the anilox roller, making it unable to transfer ink.

Design of the paper-feeding chain: The linear speed of the paper-feeding chain is slightly less than the linear speed of the plate roller and paper-feeding roller. The distance of each week is less than the plate-printing roller 5 to 10mm. When the speed is too small, the printing position will shift and the speed will be equal. Can cause tailing phenomenon. The paper feed chain sinking method is generally adopted so that the chain is closest to the plate roller speed without tailing.

The design of the lower feed roller and the embossing roller: theoretically, it is also somewhat larger, and the reason is the same as that discussed in the sixth-point feed roller to ensure the overprinting precision of the paper board in order to reduce the cutting impact force of the paper board. In order to ensure the accuracy of paper feeding, some manufacturers pull the lower feed roller to the groove or roll to increase the friction force. This may cause the cutting force of the feed roller of the paper board to be greater. I think it is undesirable.

Convenient maintenance: For the appearance of the machine light design is beautiful, practical or not enough, have to consider the issue of convenient maintenance, as far as possible to achieve standard, versatility, interchangeability, easy assembly and disassembly.
