The unique, patent-pending "Pythagorean" type "three-contact" structure vertically holds the plate cylinder in a geometric frame without any sliding mechanism. This unique design allows different sizes of plate cylinders to be replaced at any time, while ensuring that the plate cylinders rotate without vibration at any printing speed and that they do not vibrate after years of rotation. In addition, when the flower TM is open, the anilox roll can be removed immediately and completely removed from the printing unit. The operator can remove it directly by hand, or use a simple tool (Spider-HuntTM) to avoid ink on the hand. The same applies to the rubber roller. It is completely detached and can be taken out freely. Operators use another spider hookTM to also avoid ink staining for hands during operation. The squeegee mechanism is equipped with edgings, which are also immediately disengaged and can be quickly replaced. The ink tank is moved by the flower TM and can be replaced at any position where the flower TM stays.

Say goodbye to miscellaneous adjustments.

No matter if you change the anilox roller or different diameter plate roller, you don't need to adjust the printing pressure or the pressure of the anilox roller. This is thanks to the specially designed Pythagoras locking mechanism. The plate cylinder is locked vertically downwards. Therefore, the order switch only needs to do one thing: change the roller; it can be opened to the highest speed regardless of the diameter. Only a simple pressure adjustment is required when the thickness of the substrate is changed.

Also benefiting from this "Pythagoras" structure, there is no need to make pressure adjustments when the printing speed changes. It is the geometry of this revolutionary flower type TM printing unit that no sliding mechanism is present. Mechanical shock or wear no longer has any effect on print quality. The reason is that all errors are zeroed at high speeds. This is especially true when printing. The squeegee device has also been specially designed without the operator having to make adjustments. The unique squeegee structure prevents ink from splashing under any working conditions.

No mechanical or pneumatic adjustment is required. As soon as the flower TM is closed, the wiper device is automatically in place and the operator does not need to make any further adjustments. The same principle, the rubber roller can be automatically placed at any speed, without any adjustment, the operator does not need to screw any screws.

Longitudinal registration is performed by means of a plate cylinder instead of an embossing cylinder. Therefore, the tension of the printing material is not affected, and the correction of the color group registration is completed instantaneously, without affecting the upstream color group and the downstream color, and the material waste is reduced to the minimum. The flower type printing unit uses only the ISO Din Class 5/6 certified high-precision, high-precision helical gears, which guarantee optimal printing quality and remain unchanged for years. The printing unit frame is completely made of a single piece of steel sheet, ensuring long-lasting printing quality.
