1. Paper orientation
Try to align the orientation of the paper in the direction of the back of the finished book. Therefore, digital prints should take into account the post-press processing in the prepress design.
2. The position of the image on the sheet
Many digital prints design images in the middle of printed sheets, but when printed and processed, it wastes a lot of time and money. Design a 6-inch by 9-inch image in the middle of an 8.5-inch by 11-inch print. When cutting, you need to cut all four sides of the print; if you place it on a corner, you only need to Cutting on both sides can save post-press processing time and reduce printing costs. However, if the other two sides of the image are bleeding designs, you still need to trim all four sides of the sheet.
