[Reporter]: Teacher Zhao, I have just been honored to participate in the launch of a 2015 concept kitchen. First of all, please tell us about this 2015 concept kitchen.
[Zhao Xiaomao]: The 2015 concept kitchen was put forward at a famous hardware expo in Germany in 2009. It is based on the research and development team of Hettich's 2015 concept kitchen and the core idea that Hettich's corporate culture has always adhered to and adhered to. It is to understand our reporters in depth and in detail]: We have seen the concept kitchen in this release, taking into account all aspects of water saving, energy saving and space saving, and energy saving and environmental protection is bound to be a direction for the future development of the kitchen and bathroom industry. I know that Hettich is a very well-known brand from Germany. It is a stealth champion in the world. I have seen overseas markets and local markets. Can you analyze the energy conservation and environmental protection of our country compared with other developed countries? What is the gap?
[Zhao Xiaomao]: We use environmental protection in the design of kitchen furniture. This is a common concern of the industry over the years. Chinese companies have been sensitive to this issue and have been trying differently. It should be said that the understanding of this issue, along with the opening of our national market and the improvement of user awareness, everyone attaches great importance to environmental protection. There is a small problem. How to implement the concept of environmental protection through specific technical solutions in the kitchen furniture industry requires some technical platforms, so in this respect, some of the waste water and waste heat are introduced in the Hettich 2015 kitchen concept. The recycling system, as well as the efficient dishwasher, banned the traditional sink design, not only in the design but also environmental protection to ensure the implementation of this environmental thinking. I think Hettich has taken the lead in this industry in this respect.
[Reporter]: We just saw the product launches at the beginning of the world. Most of our launching ceremonies came from local cabinet companies. We know that Hettich has many strategic partners in the world, and there are many in the world. Resources, why would you invite local companies to participate in this launching ceremony?
[Zhao Xiaomao]: I made a small correction. We saw that the 2015 kitchen concept is not the world's first launch today. It was launched in 2009. Today, it was brought to the Chinese market through the exhibition, mainly to show the corporate culture, product development ideas and reasonable design ideas that Hettich just talked about to local users through such a platform, so that we can The local counterparts are more concerned with environmental protection, design, and pursuit of comfort, and the application of ergonomic design ideas to kitchen furniture is mainly an attempt. The main purpose is to lead the development of the industry through this platform, and to close the relationship with our local users and furniture manufacturers. As you have just seen, those famous domestic brands have come to the scene today.
[Reporter]: Is there any strategic adjustment for Hettich's local market?
[Zhao Xiaomao]: In the company, Hettich has been making unremitting efforts from the sales level and product development. Today, I answer your question from the perspective of products, because I am not very familiar with the sales field. On the product, we are gradually introducing some new products through more important exhibitions every year. For example, the kitchen furniture you are familiar with has some drawers with damping function. This is specially developed by Hettich in 2000 for a German furniture company. Today this product has been widely used in our industry. Further to the familiar 32mm system of furniture manufacturing and structural design systems, Hettich is also developed for a famous German furniture brand. The development of this system leads the furniture to develop in a healthy direction. The integration of environmental awareness that we are talking about today is also directly related to the early industrialization platform.
[Reporter]: After we saw some global brands entering the Chinese market, they brought some new weather and appearance to the culture of China's kitchen and bathroom industry, but as long as we think of the word culture, we will feel that this brand must be very Luxury, high-end, even ordinary people have some cultural elements of the product is very plain and rough, then do you think this phenomenon is the future of our kitchen and bathroom market?
[Zhao Xiaomao]: Of course, this is not the case, because the problem you mentioned just now may be that in this development process, different people have different understandings of culture and other words, and even some misunderstandings. Today we see the state of the furniture industry. From the perspective of the scale of production and the scale of Chinese furniture, we are gradually realizing industrialization and modernization. Industrialization promotes the core design concept of furniture, which is called modern design. Modern design advocates the processing of mass industrialization. Such an idea is that it wants its terminal products to serve more consumers and more consumers. The service is not to provide those products with high quality and rough work, but to provide products that are very standard, work very well, and have a very good structure and function. Modern furniture has a very healthy idea from the time of its creation. We think of it as humanistic thinking. In general, we hope that everyone will be able to use very good quality, very low cost and very reasonable furniture. The price of the product is a sales level problem and an idea for product development. For example, different companies have different market positioning. They have high-end products and low-end products, but from the perspective of production and product development, control The production cost and the expansion of the scale of industrialization are important means to reduce production costs, improve management levels, improve product competitiveness, and even rationally control product prices.
