Dominic Wilcox has always been known for its creativity. Two years ago, it designed a GPS shoe that is said to give you a navigation to any destination you want. The shoes work by sending destination information to the shoes via the map software and the USB cable, activating the GPS device in the left heel, and then the right shoe receives the information via wireless data transmission.
In this way, the shoes can guide the correct walking direction through a row of lights on the upper, just like "The Wizard of Oz" in which Dorothy hits her silver shoes and then returns home instantly. Later, Wilcox teamed up with interactive art and technology expert Becky Stewart and contacted the Stamp shoe factory in Northamptonshire, England for production and market.
