By observing the specific operations of different employees in the same process, you can find out whether there are differences, including the sequence of actions, strength of operation, and whether there are omissions. There are differences that explain the lack of standardized operation training for lathes, and the possibility of product variation is greatly increased. In the usual quality inspections, different gestures and sequences of zippers on different lathes are found, and there is no reference to the standard action video. How to solve the above problem?
