In the early development and design process, the clothing modeler needs to consider the feasibility of the designer’s artwork structure. Sample standardization


The standard is the best status and unified implementation reference. Without standards, there is no way to implement them, and there is no point of improvement. The production site should have many standards, including operational and quality standards, 6S and safety standards, operation and maintenance standards, process and rework standards, safety stock standards, and so on.


By observing the specific operations of different employees in the same process, you can find out whether there are differences, including the sequence of actions, strength of operation, and whether there are omissions. There are differences that explain the lack of standardized operation training for lathes, and the possibility of product variation is greatly increased. In the usual quality inspections, different gestures and sequences of zippers on different lathes are found, and there is no reference to the standard action video. Depending on the experience of the launderers, such products cannot satisfy the quality standards of the customers.


How to solve the above problem?

First of all, the important process operators will have the correct samples. The method and precautions are recorded in detail.


For example: After playing four buckles, the pressure, mold code, tightness of the upper and lower molds, operation process, direction, tightness of the finished product, and precautions will be marked on the sample plate. In this way, regardless of any operators, production and quality standards can be unified.
