Automatic metering, stacking and winding lines in Shanghai

Recently, the first automatic metering and stacking production line in China was successfully developed by Shanghai Charlie Packaging Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., which can be applied to industries such as copper, steel, medicine, food, cosmetics for daily use, and hardware and electrical machinery.

The assembly line combines metering, binning, printing, multiple weighing, carton sealing, plastic cylinder capping, multi-standards, multi-layer stacking, and tray winding packaging, and realizes PLC control to form a mechatronics automatic operation. Its automatic weighing device is controlled by an automated computer program and consists of a large funnel, an aisle slanted box, and a cylinder that can quickly and accurately weigh components. The stacking device of the assembly line is controlled by a fully automatic computer program. The cartons and drums that are loaded into raw materials are quickly and accurately handled, stacked, and then transported to other locations. There are multiple method selection functions for different items, which can be stacked lightly and continuously, and are suitable for distribution on various production lines.
