The project passed the acceptance test and ended the history of China's 10 million tons refining project relying entirely on foreign control systems. The acceptance experts indicated that the system has high safety, high reliability and high stability. The system has a friendly operation interface and fully meets the needs of process control, detection, optimization and management of large-scale production of petrochemical plants.

Before the development of the control system, the high-end intelligent control system of China's petrochemical major projects was basically monopolized by foreign countries, and the price was high, which had an impact on the economic benefits of enterprises and the national economic information security.

This time, the “10 million tons of large-scale oil refinery intelligent control system” project, relying on Changling refining and refining 10 million tons of refinery combined equipment, research and development of intelligent control systems and related integrated application technology, establish a real-time database of the whole plant, forming a production process Unified automation platform for control, safety management, storage and transportation supervision, video surveillance and information integration. Refining production has changed from traditional single-device decentralized management to multi-device intensive management, realizing full-process intelligent detection and control.

The localization of the system has been successful, shortening the delivery time of the products, realizing the localization of spare parts supply, and playing a positive role in reducing the implementation risk and ensuring the construction progress of major refinery projects.

As the first application of the system, Changling Refining Co., Ltd. has shown that the system has been operating stably for more than 600 days since its application. The overall technology has reached the international advanced level, and the redundancy technology and real-time control are superior to foreign mainstream products. 10 sets of combined refinery units of Changling Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. rely on the system to implement PID optimization and setting. The self-control rate of the equipment is over 95%, the equipment operation stability rate and product quality redundancy are better, and the annual efficiency of the enterprise is 15 million yuan. At present, the system has been promoted and applied in refinery companies such as Maoming, Anqing and Yangzi.
