It is a plate material suitable for UV-CTP plate-making machines that has been successfully developed on the secondary high-sensitivity negative plate material technology. It has a photosensitive layer, a primer layer, a sand mesh layer, and an aluminum plate base. The top layer of the photosensitive layer is the core technology of Huanyin UV-CTP plate. The high-sensitivity of the photosensitive layer is the embodiment of our latest scientific research technology. Through the development of acrylic functional resins, the selection and combination of multifunctional prepolymers, and the study of the stability of the properties of the plate materials, the Huayin Photographs UV-CTP plate has the characteristics of high sensitivity, good dot recovery and good development adaptability.

1. Positive plate (UV-P)

The imaging principle of Huaguangyang figure UV-CTP is: coating the photosensitive layer and the hydrophilic layer on the electrolytic grained aluminum substrate.
