Q: The printing ink of a certain factory is very good for compounding on PVC, but our factory is very poor. What is the reason and how to solve it?

Answer: This is because the solubility of the ink is reached, but the hydrogen bond value is not close to that of PVC. The easiest solution is to increase the hydrogen bond value of the ink by two percentage points. You can also increase the true (ketone) solvent in the ink system, and you can also replace the PVC special ink.

Question: After printing OPP compound PE in Liyin ink, there is a little (adhesion) force in the place where there is ink, and there is no (adhesion) in the place where there is ink.

Answer: It is not the ink problem, it is mainly the problem of the compound adhesive, followed by the OPP untreated / that is, the surface tension is small.

Question: I used ternary chloric acid as the ink, the gloss after printing was not good, and the gloss of the aldehyde-ketone resin was not significantly improved. Is it a screen ink? Is there any way?

Answer: Because the miscibility of aldehydes and ketones and ternary chloric acid is not good and loses light, please use high molecular weight acrylic resin to adjust the ink oil to remedy the gloss.

Q: How many micrometers does the filter bag machine need to filter ink?

Answer: In the past, the ink fineness was generally controlled at 20 ~ 25 microns, but the usual transfer rate of the ink was 60%. The picture and text holes engraved by the laser engraving machine of Wenzhou Jiatian Platemaking Factory improved by one step, and the transfer rate of the ink can reach 80%, therefore, the fineness of the existing ink, that is, the filter bag, is mostly required to be controlled at 2 ~ 10 microns.

Q: Is there any difference between the raw materials used for surface printing inks and lining printing inks?

For example, general-purpose surface printing inks mostly use polyamide resin, toluene, methyl ethyl ketone and ethyl ester. Strict distinction is a very difficult one.

Question: The woven bag cast film extrudes the composite ink, the printing is fast, and the lines appear in the horizontal direction; the printing is slow, and the water marks appear in the vertical direction. What is the problem? How to solve it?

Answer: The printing will soon appear as a line, indicating that the printing plate is not prudent. Because of the rapid vibration of the printing machine, the non-existent printing plate problems will be exposed; the slow printing of water lines will indicate that the ink viscosity is low, more In fact, the concentration is not enough, the ink can not stand up, that is, there is no thixotropy. To this end, the following measures are recommended: appropriate adjustment of the printing press or re-making; adding TM-27 coupling agent or thixotropic thickener to the ink.

Question: After using alcohol-soluble extruding (casting film) white lining ink, because the white film is printed as a full plate, after casting and extruding, all the white ink has migrated to the plastic woven bag. What is the problem? What should I do?

Answer: If it is after printing, the white ink migrates to the woven bag. First, it is caused by the softening point of the surfactant or the binder in the ink system is too low; or it is caused by the high ambient temperature of the production.
