A stainless steel U-shaped tubular heater is placed horizontally in the constant temperature water bath, and an aluminum shelf with holes is placed inside the sink. The upper cover is equipped with a combination ring of different calibers, which can adapt to flasks of different calibers. The left side of the constant temperature water bath has a water discharge pipe, the right side of the constant temperature water bath has an electric box, and a temperature control instrument and a power switch are installed on the front panel of the electric box. There are electric heating tubes and sensors in the electrical box. The temperature control system uses high-quality electronic components, temperature control is sensitive, reliable performance and easy to use.
Its working principle is: the Cu50 sensor converts the temperature of the water in the water tank into a resistance value. After being amplified and compared by the integrated amplifier, it outputs a control signal to effectively control the average heating power of the electric heating tube to keep the water in the water tank at a constant temperature.
Operation of constant temperature water bath:
1. The constant temperature water bath should be placed flat on a fixed platform. The power supply voltage must be consistent with the voltage required by this box. The power socket should use a three-hole safety socket. The ground wire must be connected before use.
2. According to the experimental requirements before the experiment, add an appropriate amount of clean water or purified water to the water tank to the partition or higher. Then place the experimental vessel on the shelf and close the hole cover.
Maintenance of constant temperature water bath:
1. Clean the instrument immediately after each use. Put the water in the water bath clean, use a brush to brush off the coarse debris in the water bath, and clear the pot. Wipe the inner and outer surfaces of the water bath with a soft cloth, then wipe dry with a cleaning cloth.
2. There should be no water droplets on the inner surface of the equipment, and the outer surface of the equipment should be bright and tidy, without stains.
3. When using the water bath, it must be reliably grounded, and water should not overflow into the control box.
4. Do not have water or the water level is lower than the electric heating tube in the water bath to prevent the electric heating tube from bursting.
