How to accept the standard?
The method of acceptance can be:
(1) Using different standard materials to compare with each other, such as different manufacturers, different batch numbers of the same manufacturer, and verification of secondary standard substances with primary standard substances;
(2) Confirmation of the magnitude by inter-laboratory comparison;
(3) Send a qualified calibration mechanism for calibration;
(4) Test samples that have been satisfied with the results of the recent level test, and test the laboratory quality control samples with sufficient stability and similarity to the object to be verified, and confirm by t test.
The use of other antibiotic standard products and reference materials is preserved. The technical personnel of our company are reminded to pay attention to the following points:
(1) Properly open antibiotic standard products and reference materials are mostly stored in glass ampoules. When opening, it is necessary to strictly prevent glass swarf from falling into the bottle. Specifically, the operation can be as follows: slightly shock the ampoule, try to make the contents gather at the bottom, and after the grinding wheel cuts a few times, the flat or the head is slightly inclined downward to the ampoule, with protective gloves, and the thumb of both hands is pressed against the neck. Note that the thumb and index finger should not be pinched too tightly to avoid crushing the head. After opening the ampoule, tilt the ampoule slightly downwards and slightly vibrate. Because the glass frit is heavy, if it is mixed into the contents, this method can be used to vibrate it.
(2) After use, it should be strictly sealed, or transferred to a vial that has been dried at 100 °C and then placed in a desiccator and cooled to room temperature. Sealed and placed in a desiccator, some varieties should be re-set according to the instructions. Refrigerate in the refrigerator. For standards and reference materials that are easy to absorb moisture, such as sisomicin, if used for content determination, it should be used immediately after opening, and the remaining part can be used for identification later, but it is recommended not to be used for content determination; Varieties with weaker and stable stability, such as chloramphenicol, can be used for content determination if properly preserved after opening. The time of use depends on storage conditions and should be checked during necessary periods.
(3) For expired standard products and reference materials, if you want to continue to save, you need to place them separately to avoid confusion. If necessary (such as the shortage of goods in the inspection), it can also be used for emergency use. If used for quantification, a traceability verification data guarantee is required.
