Domestic CTP equipment that belongs to the same technology type as foreign CTP products may be the earliest CTP equipment developed by Peking University Huatong. CTP of Hanhua

The two enterprises are Hangzhou Kelei Electromechanical Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Kelei) and Shenzhen Han's Computer Plate-making Equipment Co., Ltd. The difference between Hangzhou Klei optical fiber close-pack imaging system and GLV technology. The optical fiber close-packing technology selected by Hangzhou Kelei adopts a point-to-point method. Each laser generator corresponds to an optical fiber, and there is no loss of light in the transmission process. Therefore, the imaging drum of the Leiba CTP system of Hangzhou Corey has a higher running speed and a faster plate making speed.

Another difficulty in CTP equipment manufacturing is the imaging drum. CTP technology uses direct imaging on the printing plate. In terms of weight, the aluminum-based printing plate is heavier than the film, and the external drum imaging method is also used. It is much more difficult to solve the dynamic balance problem when the drum system is running. At the same time, the printing plate is not as soft as the film, and positioning is also a problem that needs to be solved. At present, people's requirements for CTP equipment are not only able to directly make plates, but people also hope that one plate making machine can meet the plate making needs of multiple devices at the same time. This variable format demand further increases the difficulty of manufacturing CTP equipment .

In order to make better use of the working efficiency of CTP plate-making machine, Hangzhou Corey also independently developed an automatic plate-making system. At present, the major components and key parts of Reiz CTP are still the same suppliers as internationally renowned CTP manufacturers, such as lasers, guide screws, and electronic control parts, all from major international manufacturers. Non-essential spare parts are also manufactured by large domestic manufacturers. As a result, the threshold for enterprises to introduce CTP is greatly reduced for purchasing enterprises, and the cost of using CTP is also greatly reduced.

CTcP of Ryoma Group

There is no doubt that CTP has a faster advantage. But looking at the manufacturers that have introduced CTP, CTF still dominates the actual production and publication statistics. Knowing from the printing company, CTP is still just an embodiment of a better service for the enterprise and a faster supplement. The appearance of CTcP has once again attracted everyone's attention. At present, the number of domestic CTcP installations is about 50, and the price is more than 1.4 million yuan. Due to the different imaging principles of CTcP and CTP, CTcP will have disadvantages in platemaking speed. Normally imported CTP with stable plate-making has a plate-making speed of about 20 sheets per hour, while CTcP will be reduced to 9-12 sheets. At the same time, in terms of the degree of cooperation of the software, because CTcP has not yet fully opened the market, there is relatively little matching software, so the lack of more matching software is also the same. At present, CTcP cannot cause greater CTP The impact of the bottleneck problem.

At PrintExpo 2007, Longma Group, whose leading product is PS plates, launched its first device, CTdP, during the exhibition. According to its technical staff, the core part of this CTdP is still CTP, which belongs to the German equipment imported by the agent; and as far as the entire system is concerned, the processing machine and the upper plate device at the back end of the system are produced by domestic manufacturers The system price is between 2 million and 3 million. Leopard's CTP
