In the middle of the Himalayas, there is a mountain range extending northwards between the Xishapbonma and Cho Oyu peaks. It is the boundary mountain of Nyalam County and Dingxiang County in Tibet. From the altitude of 4,500 meters, Langya can be used for a transfer to a yak, back southeast of Marango Valley, about 40 kilometers to the north of the main peak.
