The danger of natural calf in wooden packaging materials and new measures for its treatment

Tianniu is an insect that causes the death of forest trees. It will drill holes in hard trees to cause the trees to wither and die, causing great harm. Due to the wooden pallets and slats of the export packaging, some of them have not been specially treated, and the Tianni cattle hidden in the wooden packaging material will endanger the growth of other trees. According to relevant data, Asiatic calf has strong immunity to pesticides, and in the absence of natural enemies, it will bring extremely serious damage to the forest.
For wooden packaging materials, pests are usually treated with smoke, cooking methods or sprays of chemical pesticides. The latter has the problem of pollution of the environment by chemical substances and should be used with great care.
In addition, two new methods of asphyxiation and deep-cold can also be used to disinfest the wooden packaging materials. The two methods are briefly described below:
First, the suffocation method: Put the processed wooden packaging material into a sealed receptacle, and then use asphyxiating gas (N2, CO2, NO2, S, SO2, etc.)
Replace the air in the reservoir until the reservoir is filled with asphyxiation gas (the concentration of the asphyxiating gas in the inlet and outlet ports should be approximately the same) and maintain a constant pressure. The packaging material can be completely killed in the atmosphere of suffocating air for a certain period of time.
Second, the deep-cold method: the processed wooden packaging materials are treated with cryogenic liquids, such as N2, CO2, etc. Cryogenic liquid CO2 is -78°C, liquid nitrogen is -196°C, and the packaged product or material after extremely low temperature treatment is a pest capable of completely killing Tianlong and its eggs. However, the wood packaging material to be processed must be very dry with a dew point of -40°C or less. The above two methods do not cause pollution to the environment and can maintain the ecological balance. It is different from the side effects caused by the fumigation method. This is the most acceptable method of pest control for advanced countries. Therefore, the suffocation method and the deep-cold method are two effective methods for dealing with wooden packaging materials. In addition, plastic brackets and trays can also be used. U.S. Department of Agriculture decides that in order not to affect China-US trade relations, Fix-Corp International Inc.
Subsidiary Tray Technologies has responded and developed POWER-
PAL plastic trays, the tray material is the use of recycled waste plastic packaging products and other waste plastics as raw materials, processed by injection molding after the whole block, which is characterized by light weight, no leakage, resistant to grease and acid, will not The parasites are invasive and easy to clean and sterilize. They can also be properly ventilated and drained. Such trays rarely cause damage during handling and reduce damage to the cargo.
The natural cows and their pests caused by wooden packaging materials will cause serious damage to forest trees. Science has proven that forests are inseparable from environmental protection and ecological balance. Therefore, the packaging industry must attach great importance to it!

They are kinds of vacuum flasks. We just make stainless steel vacuum flasks. Also, stainless steel  flasks have to be double wall vacuumed insulated. There are different shapes for option, as well as different sizes from 350ml to 2000ml. Usually, stainless steel vacuum flasks are used to take juice, water, other non-carbonated liquids. Stainless steel vacuum flasks can keep cold over 24 hours and hot 12 hours. It is a good choice for keeping temperature for a long time.
